Describing the structure of the technological regulations for the development, justification of structural and technological solutions and construction quality control of the high-speed railways (HSR) subgrade. The regulations contain technological rules and modes of production of preparatory, main and finishing works, rules for the organization of monitoring, safety of earthworks and transport safety for the complex of structures of the HSR subgrade. The structure of operational control of technological processes with the use of digital methods of research and diagnostics of the state of structures in real time is given.
Digital transformation as a tool for improving the quality of rails
Keywords: electronic rail passport, digital transformation strategy, blockchain, rail life cycle. Vasilyeva Svetlana — leading engineer of the Regulatory and Methodological Department of the Railway and Facilities Management of the Central Directorate of Infrastructure of JSC «Russian Railways». Email: ryndinavasiljeva@mail.ru Khramova Julia — project manager of the Project Management Directorate of the production unit of LLC «Industry Center for the Development and Implementation of information systems». Email: Julia.Hramova@ocrv.com.rzd.ru Abstract. The article provides information about the work carried out within the framework of digital transformation in the Central Directorate of Infrastructure aimed at improving the quality of rail products supplied to JSC «Russian Railways». The strategic task of the CDI management was defined - to provide automated tracking of rail movement at all stages of the life cycle from the moment of its manufacture. In 2020, the EC ASUI RRD Rails module was developed and put into permanent operation. With the use of blockchain technology, a «trust environment» has been created for all participants in the process of accounting for rail movement, including manufacturers, consumer (JSC Russian Railways), rail welding enterprises.
Service life of turnouts and their components on reinforced concrete beams
Keywords: turnouts, metal parts, reinforced concrete beams, durability, life cycle. Karpushchenko Nikolay — D.Sci., Professor of the Department of «Track and track facilities», Siberian State University of Railways. Novosibirsk, Russia. E-mail: kni@stu.ru Spin-code 4396-4695 Komardinkin Roman — post-graduate student of the Department of Route and Track Facilities, Siberian State University of Railways. Novosibirsk, Russia. E-mail: roma-novosib@mail.ru Spin code 1154-5531. Abstract. The article presents the methodology and the results of evaluating the durability of railway switches of Project 2750 on reinforced concrete parallel-laying bars of 2004—2007 on a heavy-duty section with displaced movement of freight and passenger trains. The weighted average and gamma percent resource of turnouts as a whole and its elements: crossings and repair kits. Based on the obtained operational data, a model of the life cycle cost of the JV project 2750 was built.
Observation openings on hopper dispensers
Keywords: hopper dispenser, train dynamics, observation openings, labor protection. Gerasimov Pavel — JSC RZD, Gorkovskaya Railway, senior inspector for train traffic safety. Kazan, Russia. E-mail: gerasimov.pasha@rambler.ru Sychev Vyacheslav — D.Sci, Professor, Russian University of Transport. Moscow, Russia. E-mail: vp@vpm770.ru Gelyukh Pavel — Ph.D., associate Professor, Russian University of Transport. Moscow, Russia. E-mail: pageluh@gmail.com Abstract. The influence on the dynamics of the train of different loading of the VPM-770 hopper-dispenser with intermittent unloading is shown and a technical solution is proposed for installing viewing openings on the side walls of the hopper-dispensers, allowing not to climb the stairs into the body of the hopper dispenser with violations of labor safety rules to assess the volume of the remaining cargo. |
