E-mail: angelina_406@mail.ru Komyagin Sergey — postgraduate student of the Siberian Transport University. Novosibirsk, Russia. E-mail: skomyagin@mail.ru Abstract. The article is devoted to the technology of setting the railway track to the design position using one of the most common lateral leveling methods in geodesy. On the railways, this is one of the most popular ways of setting the path to the design position on two paths. At the same time, the shortcomings of the technology used which is based on this method significantly affect the quality of work, including straightening interpolation between design data in sections over 20—50 m, setting the track along the leveling rail «by eye», similar shortcomings in lifting, which ultimately leads to copying irregularities of the adjacent track to the repair track. Automation of the lateral leveling method eliminates the disadvantages of the existing technology for setting the railway track to the design position. The article describes the technology of lateral leveling (TBN), a schematic diagram, and the design of an automated control system SAU-3D for setting the path to the design position and the methodology for creating digital projects (CPUs).

E-mail: prtlokt@yandex.ru Loktev Daniil — Ph.D., associate Professor of department «Information and communication technologies», MGTU im. N.Uh. Bauman. Moscow, Russia. E-mail: loktevdan@yandex.ru Abstract. This paper is devoted to the development of regional educational tourism and the possibility of promoting cultural activities at railway stations and stations in district centers, on the example of the Voronezh region. For development of the specified direction of tourism it is offered to use the buildings and constructions of transport infrastructure which are monuments of history and architecture. When planning further stages of the life cycle of the complex of railway station facilities, it is proposed to use the changed conditions and needs of citizens, transit passengers and tourists. The proposed solutions are based on the possible use of South-Eastern railway facilities located in the Voronezh region. The developed model of additional use of buildings and structures does not require significant capital investments, and the efficiency of operation of buildings will increase significantly. |
