« Back 01.07.2019 14:00 The need to improve the assessment of the state of the railway track in terms of plan
Keywords: the device and the maintenance of the railway track in the plan, accumulation of disorders. Pevzner Victor — Dr.Sci., Professor, Chief Researcher, Joint Stock Company «Railway Research Institute» (JSC «VNIIZhT»). Moscow, Russia. E-mail: vpevzner@list.ru Vaganova Olesya — head of regulatory and methodological Department Management of track and facilities of the Central Directorate of infrastructure Joint Stock Company «Russian Railways» (JSC «RZD»). Moscow, Russia. E-mail: vaqanovaon@mail.ru Abstract. The article describes the history of development of domestic and foreign regulations on the structure and content of the railway track in the plan. The need to improve the evaluation of the path taking into account the accumulation of deformations of the railway track is shown.
Efficiency of ultrasonic and magnetic control methods for detecting defects in the rail head
Keywords: rail inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic flux leakage (MFL) method, detection of defects in the rail head, combined flaw detection vehicle, multichannel rail inspection, transverse and longitudinal defect in the rail head, head check (RCF). Markov Anatoliy — D.Sci., Deputy General Designer, Head of the Department «Methods and means of nondestructive testing», Radioavionica JSC. St. Petersburg, Russia. E-mail: amarkovspb@gmail.com Maksimova Ekaterina — Head of the nondestructive testing laboratory, Radioavionica JSC. St. Petersburg, Russia. E-mail: kuznecova_e@rambler.ru Abstract. The rail head is experiencing the greatest load from the impact of train wheels. More than 70% of rail defects on Russian railways develop in the head. The article discusses non-destructive testing methods for detecting defects using combined flaw detection vehicles. The effectiveness of each method (channel) for identifying longitudinal and transverse defects in the railhead is shown.
Estimation and prediction of technical condition of the lining when operation transport tunnels
Keywords: lining of tunnels, enclosing solid mass, stress-strain condition, automated systems, prediction of technical condition. Lebedev Michael — Ph.D., Deputy Director General for research activities, assistant professor, JSC Scientific Research, Design and Surveying Institute «Lenmetrogiprotrans». Saint-Petersburg, Russia. E-mail: lebedev-lmgt@yandex.ru Bezrodny Konstantin — D.Sci., Adviser Director General, JSC Scientific Research, Design and Surveying Institute «Lenmetrogiprotrans». Saint-Petersburg, Russia. E-mail: besrodny@lenmetro.ru Shlyaev Sergei — Engineer, JSC Scientific Research, Design and Surveying Institute «Lenmetrogiprotrans». Saint-Petersburg, Russia. E-mail: vbstudio@mail.ru Abstract. During the construction of a combined road and railroad on the section Adler—«Alpika-Service», nine transport tunnels were equipped with an automated geotechnical monitoring system, which allows to access the technical condition of the «lining—enclosing solid mass» system and to forecast this condition. The results of measurements are visualized in real time and accumulated in servers to create a database.
Plot of variable stiffness based on the pulse-discharge technology
Keywords: piles, discharge-pulse technology, concrete, permanent deformation, a plot of variable rigidity, the sediment path. Baidosov Roman Vladimirovich - Master’s student of the Russian University of Transport (MIIT). E-mail: rbaidosov@mail.ru Loktev Alexey Alexeevich – Doctor phis.- math. science, Professor, Head of the Department of the Russian University of Transport (MIIT). E-mail: aaloktev@yandex.ru Loktev Daniil Alekseevich - Cand. techn. Science, Associate professor, Moscow State Technical University. N. Eh. Bauman. E-mail: loktevdan@yandex.ru Annotation. The article deals with the experimental design of the site of variable stiffness, arranged by reinforcing the body of the approach embankment piles of fine-grained concrete, activated by discharge-pulse technology.
Calculation and experimental data of own forms of vibrations of railway overpasses
Keywords: railroad overpass, beam span structures, modal analysis. Bondar Ivan — applicant for the department «Bridges and Tunnels» of the Russian University of Transport (MIIT), senior lecturer of the department «Transport Construction» of the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications. M. Tynyshpaev (KazATK). Almaty, Kazakhstan. E-mail: ivan_sergeevich_08@mail.ru Burombaev Sultan — head of the branch of the Almaty distance of the path (PC-46), National Company Kazakhstan Railways JSC. Almaty, Kazakhstan. E-mail: burombayev_s_a@mail.ru Aldekeeva Dinara — Ph.D., associate professor of the Department «Natural Sciences» of the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications. M. Tynyshpaev (KazATK). Almaty, Kazakhstan. E-mail: aldekeeva69@mail.ru Abstract. The article presents the calculated and experimental data of the forms and frequencies of natural oscillations of reinforced concrete railway overpasses under loading with constant loads and rolling stock derailment from the span. These studies can later be used in the design of artificial structures, as well as to identify defects in the structural elements of railway bridges.
