Abstract. The publication examines the emergence of high frequency vibrations in the elements of the rolling stock and the railway track during the passage of vehicles on bridges. For oscillation of the superstructure is proposed to use a viscoelastic damper at the place of intersection of the superstructure and transom I-beam supports, as a visco-elastic element is proposed to use an element of type Kelvin-Voigt. Installation of damper in the form of Jack or a damping device on a support, which is based on the span of the railway bridge, allows for the regulation of the speed of the crew on the roadway, depending on the viscosity and elasticity of the damping device or Jack, and the regulation of dynamic loads.

Kovalenko Alexander — postgraduate student of the Department of «Economy», Russian Academy of Railways (MIIT). Moscow, Russia. E-mail: alexnikkovalenko@gmail.com

Abstract. The methodology is designed to determine the direct costs for the current operation of the railway infrastructure at the linear, regional and central levels, taking into account the classification and specialization of the railway lines within the framework of annual budget. The methodology is based on the formation of costs, taking into account the volume of the production plan for the distance of the track, formed by the production and technical department in accordance with a complex assessment of the state of the railway infrastructure on the basis of the autumn commission inspection.

Diagnostics of special rolling stock based on the application of the law of distribution of extreme values

Keywords: law of distribution of random variables, rolling stock of railways, residual resource, diagnostics, load-bearing structures, increase of informativeness.

Sychev Petr — engineer, undergraduate student of MIIT in the field of 23.04.02 «Ground transport-technological complexes».

E-mail: petr@vpm770.ru

Abstract. When calculating the residual life, the law of distribution of the results of diagnostic measurements of the bearing structure of the rolling stock is normal or in the form of a Weibull distribution. The article shows how it is possible to reduce the number of measurements during diagnostics while maintaining the level of reliability of the study, applying the law of distribution of extreme values.
