« Back 02.04.2018 12:17 Coordinate methods are the way to the futureKeywords: geodetic coordinate methods, high-precision coordinate system, tamping railway, maintenance of railway track, railway reconstruction. Manoylo Dmitriy — Ph.D., associate Professor of the Department of «Geodesy, geoinformatics and navigation», Russian University of Transport (MIIT). Moscow, Russia. E-mail: m_dmit@mail.ru Abstract. The technology of setting the railway to the design position using coordinate methods based on a high-accuracy coordinate system is considered. The research of bridges with welded rails
Keywords: rails, continuous welded rail, bridge, experiment. Smirnov Vladimir — D.Sci., Head of the Department «Bridges» Petersburg state transport University of Emperator Alexander I. E-mail: svn193921@rambler.ru Abstract. The following are foreign experimental data obtained from actual bridge constructions with continuous welded rails. The experimental material contains data concerning temperature of rails in the construction limits and at the approach zones, as well as temperature of constructions and thermal bias of expansion ends of the bridge superstructures. There are also dates concerning the tension and axial forces in rails. The results of experiments are compared to the theory obtained by calculation abroad and in Russia.
Modern track structures of subways
Keywords: ballastless track, upper track structure, subways. Pogosyan David — Post-graduate student, Department «Rail track and track facilities», RTU (MIIT). Moscow, Russia. E-mail: david32243@rambler.ru SPIN-code: 6639-3335. Abstract. The article discusses the problem of choosing a reasonable and economically justified design of the track for subways. A short review of modern domestic and foreign designs of the way for the subway is given. Citation: Pogosyan D.A. «Modern track structures of subways» / D.A. Rates of wear and tear of guard Rails switches
Keywords: guard rails, wear, norms, safety criterion, dynamic-kinematical, hardness, adverse event probability, switches maintenance norms. Glyuzberg Boris — D.Sci, Professor, Head of the laboratory «Track and track facilities» department JSC Railway Research Institute (JSC VNIIZhT). E-mail: Glusberg@mail.ru Abstract. Recently there have appeared proposals for normative base revision concerning track and rolling stock running gear maintenance. Number of different chiefs has an illusion that using one administrative solution is possible to achieve great economic effect without investment into researching, constructions, technologies. Car and wagon experts propose to facilitate norms for cars and track experts offer the same for tracks. Furthermore there is either no motivation for a proposal, or an explanation like: «This is what we have done ... and nothing happened». However norms and admissions to the system of track gauge and wheel gauge as one says for a reason are «written in blood». Behind each value there is a great job on its substantiating. The aim of the this article is to familiarize a wide range of specialists through the example of substantiating of rates of wear and tear of guard rails with how the acting norms for maintenance for switches are developed and substantiated.
The protection water supply and sewerage pipes
Keywords: water supply and water disposal systems in transport construction, protection of pipelines from freezing, using of the heat-insulating materials. Grishina Larissa — Ph.D., associate Professor of the Department of «Railway and railway facilities», Russian University of Transport (MIIT). Moscow, Russia. E-mail: petrolar88@yandex.ru Zaytsev Andrey — Ph.D., associate Professor of the Department of «Railway and railway facilities», Russian University of Transport (MIIT). Moscow, Russia. E-mail: andrei.zaitsev2010@yandex.ru Abstract. The issues of the tracing water supply and disposal systems used in transport construction are considered and the analysis of options for protecting the pipelines from freezing with the help of thermal insulation materials is conducted.
Mechanical-mathematical model for evaluation the side wear rate of rails
Keywords: side wear of rails, wear factor, the sliding of wheels on rails directing effort, normal pressure in contact of a crest of a wheel and rail. Karpushchenko Nikolay — D.Sci, Professor of «Track and Track Facilities» Department, Siberian Transport University. E-mail: kni@stu.ru Abstract. In article the mechanical-mathematical model of assessment of wear of rails is presented in the form of the generalized indication called by a factor of the wear including the total relative sliding caused by turn of the cart at description in a curve and rotation of a wheel. The wear factor also includes normal pressure in a point of contact of a crest of a wheel and a rail, the area of contact, the coefficient of friction and coefficient considering wagging of wheel couples.
Impact on the railway track of freight wagons with increased axial loads
Keywords: freight wagons, axial loads, vertical and lateral forces, deflections, displacements, track panel shifts, stress-strain state, elastic connection screws, stresses, track formation. Kossov Valery — Dr.Sci, Professor, Director General of JSC «VNIKTI». E-mail: vnikti@ptl-kolomna.ru Lunin Andrey — PhD, Deputy head of dynamics and rolling stock strength and infrastructure department of JSC «VNIKTI». E-mail: vnikti@ptl-kolomna.ru Krasnov Oleg — PhD, Head of Department of track and special rolling stock of JSC «VNIKTI». E-mail: krasnovog@mail.ru Spirov Andrey — Head of dynamics department of JSC «VNIKTI». E-mail: vnikti@ptl-kolomna.ru Abstract. Results of the definition of the force impact on infrastructure elements from freight wagons with axial loads 23,5; 25; 27 and 30 tnf running at speeds of 30...90 km/h are presented in the article. Actual values of vertical and lateral forces acting on the track, kinematic parameters of the track panel under the influence of force factors from wagons with axial loads up to 30 tnf are specified. A stress-strain state of elastic connection screws of rail fastenings ARS-4 and ZhBR-65 and fatigue strength safety margins are defined. A new method to determine track formation stresses is offered, stress values from wagons with axial loads up to 30 tnf are established. |
