Abstract. In some times the carrying of the confirming testing is required after the complete rail testing performed by mobile (flaw detector carriages and flaw detector railcars) or removable means. The volume of the confirming testing is significantly increased in recent years. The article is devoted to the problems occurring in the process of the given testing (compliance of defectograms to railway track coordinates, different analysis stages of the defective sections) and their decisions. Confirming testing means are stipulated.

Abstract. The paper contains analysis of evaluation methods for the compact state of the crush rockfill ballast foundation of railway track by the on board control system on the track maintenance machine - dynamic track stabilizer. Besides of the regular board system of the evaluation quality of compaction by the index of lateral displacement resistance of track, paper suggested to arrange the dynamic track stabilizer by the board system, executed index measurement for the relative compacting settlements along track. A priori information about index state before machine work passes can be quantity minimize.
